The FloccPro Community Covenant: Faith at Work
1. The Principle of Integrity (Proverbs 11:1)
- For Providers: Always provide honest work that reflects the quality of your craft. Do not overpromise or cut corners. Your work is a testimony.
- For Requesters: Be honest about the scope of the job. Do not add “extra” tasks once a provider has arrived without adjusting the agreement.
2. The Principle of Fair Exchange (Luke 10:7)
- For Requesters: While you have the freedom to “set your price” based on what you can afford, remember that “the worker is worthy of his wages.” Use this feature for genuine need or fair stewardship, not to exploit a brother or sister.
- For Providers: By accepting a job, you agree that the price established is sufficient for the task. Perform the service with joy, as if working for the Lord rather than for men.
3. The Principle of Peaceable Resolution (Matthew 18:15-17)
Disagreements may happen, but they should be handled biblically.
- Direct Communication: If a problem arises, the first step is always to speak kindly and directly to the other party to find a solution.
- Mediation: If a resolution cannot be reached, Flocc administration will act as a neutral third party to mediate based on the original job description.
- No Public Shaming: Users agree to exhaust all resolution paths before leaving a negative public review.
4. The Principle of Safety and Honor
- Respect the Home: Treat every home or workspace with the utmost respect.
- Speech: Keep all communication on the platform (and in person) encouraging, professional, and free of coarse language.
- Identity: Do not share your account or misrepresent your skills. We are a community built on truth.
5. The Principle of “The Flocc”
- Direct Dealing: To keep this community sustainable, all payments and communications should stay within the FloccPro platform. This ensures both parties are protected by our “Trust & Safety” protocols and insurance.
The FloccPro Community Covenant is a set of shared values designed to foster a safe, biblical environment. This Covenant does not replace or override the FloccPro Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
